The above icon graphically displays our church’s strategy.  Imagine it in perpetual, clockwise motion. The inner ring displays our basic strategy: Connect-Develop-Serve. We want every member of LCC to be personally Connected to Jesus, to Develop themselves spiritually, and to Serve others in an attempt to connect them to Jesus as well. So you see, the cycle never ends.

The outer  ring displays the steps in becoming connected at LCC. The first step is simply attending a Worship Service. The next step is attending our Discovery class and then Decision. Next is Foundations class, then after that getting involved in a Cord of Three. There is a periodic spiritual self-evalutaion, Check-Up. Being involved in a Service Team gives an opportunity to serve. Finally there is the expectation of Assisting Someone to begin their own spiritual journey to connect, develop and serve.
